My Awakening Within is a channel that focuses on healing and spirituality. 

There were many challenges navigating through my own personal traumas which pushed me into my own healing and spiritual awakening. The journey has been rough, fun as well as uncharted territory but ultimately extremely rewarding way beyond what I could have imagined. We will discuss with others many topics about their own journeys to allow for an open dialogue within the mental health and spiritual communities.
