I’m here to tell you:I let my shit be whatever it needs to be when it needs to be.


I let myself feel deeply.

I let myself unravel.

I let myself be human.


And I love myself through all of it.


That’s embodiment.

Not perfection.

Not performance.

Not pretending you’ve transcended being human.

I started showing up as me:

Not because I needed attention.

Not because I am trying to prove something.


But because I finally feel safe enough to express myself as myself.
