Why This Retreat Exists

Many high-functioning, self-aware individuals still feel:

This work is trauma-informed, choice-based, and intentionally paced.

During childhood, many of us did not feel safe to be fully ourselves.
The body adapted.

When we return to those younger parts — from the regulated capacity of adulthood — the nervous system can finally complete what it couldn’t then.

When the body feels safe now, stored emotion releases naturally.
Connection returns without force.

That is the work here.

Inner child healing is often misunderstood.

It is creating a regulated, witnessed environment where the parts of you that once felt unsafe can finally exhale.

🕊️ DAY 1 — ARRIVAL & SOFT LANDING

Arrival window in the afternoon.

Settle into the land. Unpack. Breathe.

Evening includes:

  • Welcome dinner

  • Consent-based container agreements

  • Gentle nervous system grounding

  • Opening transmission

The first night is designed for landing — not intensity.

We begin building capacity.

  • Somatic awareness practices

  • Nervous system education

  • Guided breathwork (Gentle techniques for emotional regulation)

  • Emotional mapping in the body

  • Speaking compassionately to inner parts

  • Light witnessed sharing

  • Integration time

 

This day establishes safety as a lived experience — not a concept.

🪞 Day Three — Witnessed Vulnerability & Mirror Repair

With the container stable, we go deeper.

  • Partnered presence practice

  • Learning the art of witnessing without fixing

  • Structured vulnerability shares

  • Sacred mirror work 

  • Speaking what you once needed to hear

  • Affirmation anchoring

 

This is often where long-held emotion begins to release.

Not through force.
Through being seen.

⚖️ Day Four — Somatic Release & Fire Ceremony

The body carries memory.

This day includes:

  • Guided emotional discharge practices

  • Speaking to stored sensation

  • Symbolic “weight” release ritual

  • Group witnessing

  • Evening fire ceremony for integration

 

This is not dramatic catharsis.
It is completion.

What was once held alone is released in reverence.

Healing is not only release.

It is re-learning that safety includes joy.

  • Playful embodiment practices

  • Creative movement

  • Lightness and laughter

  • Integration journaling

The retreat home is private, serene, and intentionally selected for comfort and intimacy.

The Retreat is being held at Sedona Mago, a 200 acre land, beautifully set in it's own private space for you to release.

  • 5 days / 4 nights (Stay price is included in pricing)

  • Shared and private room options

  • Curated, nourishing meals, grown on the land, pescatarian fed, but we can accomadate dietary restritions (Food is included in the price - 3 meals a day)
